Ms. Ellingson is a partner with Di Duca Ellingson, APC. She uses a performance based approach with the practice of law, and pays exceptional attention to detail. She concentrates on estate planning, trust administration, elder law, construction law, and land use.
Ms. Ellingson is a compassionate advocate with a relentless commitment to her craft and genuine empathy for each and every client. She assisted in family law with the pro per order clinic in Butte County Superior Court and genuinely enjoys serving in her community.
Ms. Ellingson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. She graduated valedictorian from Cal Northern School of Law, where she earned eight Witkin awards and the Dean’s Scholarship for highest GPA each school year. Ms. Ellingson also served as the President of the Cal Northern School of Law Student Bar Association.
Ms. Ellingson is the President of North State Relief, a California 501(c)3 public benefit corporation.
Ms. Ellingson is admitted to practice law in California by the State Bar of California, as well as in federal court. She a member of the Butte County Bar Association.
